Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

4. Special Circumstances

If you experience technical problems preventing service access:

4.2 Duplicate Charges

7. Promotional Discounts

If you received a promotional discount or coupon:

8.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • PayPal account (instant to PayPal balance)
  • Credit/Debit card (5-10 business days)
  • Bank account (7-10 business days)

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free collections or trials
  • Credits after 30 days of purchase (unless unused due to technical issues)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months of service (after 14-day period)
